About me
I used to live a life for other people. I followed the rules. I did what others expected of me. I was praised and rewarded and admired for the things I had achieved, the ways I fit the mold of what “good” and “successful” were supposed to look like. I’d followed all the steps that were laid out for me to a tee.
And yet, I was miserable.
I looked around at my life -- my stable, full-time, salaried job with benefits, the things I was able to afford, the apartment I had on my own. But I felt unfulfilled. I looked in the mirror and saw a thin body that others complimented all the time, but that was starving to be nourished. I was anxious and depressed. I battled daily with self-hatred. On the outside, everything looked great. But on the inside, the reality was much darker. I spent my days numbing myself in various ways. I felt disconnected from something important.
But in early 2017, something shifted.
The right combination of experiences set in motion a spiritual awakening that would change the course of my life forever. I suddenly woke up to the notion that life could be different than how it was.
That I could create a reality for myself that truly felt like mine. I didn’t have to live to please other people any longer.
I began exploring my intuitive and empathic abilities. I connected with a deep inner intelligence that could not be corroborated with logic or external evidence. I learned to rely on this inner wisdom and it began to guide me. It showed me the next right steps, and the more I came to rely on it, the stronger it got.
Through this process I built the essential muscle of self-trust. I began to turn to myself as the authority of my life, rather than looking to other people, ideas, or established ways of doing things to show me the way.
I explored modalities like shadow work, astrology, human design, and energy healing. I listened to podcasts, read countless books, bought my first tarot decks. I explored consciousness with the use of psychedelics. I began practicing meditation and dedicating time each day to connect with spirit and attune to the divine.
Throughout this process I began to meet the true me. Like a statue from a block of marble, I began to emerge.
I reconnected with my wild self. A primal part of me that had been locked away and dampened down my whole life. I liberated the passionate, playful, artistic, sensual sides of me. I began to meet people and receive opportunities that felt in deep alignment with the true self that I was uncovering.
I came to understand so much more about who I really am, what my gifts are, the ways I am meant to be of service to this world. I asked to be connected with my deepest purpose, and was guided to train as a psychic intuitive and Integral Life Coach. It became clear to me that my purpose could not be lived out through the Human Resources job I was working at the time. It needed to be lived out through me, on my own terms, with my own creativity and inner wisdom as the guide.
This chapter of my life led me to my deepest purpose: supporting others who are on a similar journey of growth and personal transformation. Guiding those who know they are being called to something greater, who know that a deeper, more fulfilling and purposeful life is meant for them. Those who are ready to take the necessary steps to fully awaken and unravel from the chains and the veils and the conditioning that has kept them small and comfortable and living as only a tiny fraction of the limitless being they truly are.
So, I took the leap and started my business as an Intuitive Coach & Guide.
At the core of my work, I believe that we are each given a unique soul blueprint: a set of desires, an inner vision that guides us toward our ultimate authentic expression in this lifetime.
And I believe that it is incumbent upon each of us to heed the call of these deep desires.
To move towards our inner knowing.
To create a life that is a vibrant expression of our authentic selves.
AND, I know that so much can get in the way of this.
Fears that have been with us since childhood, beliefs and patterns of thought and behavior that keep us small, reinforcing old paradigms of how we move through the world. I know how excruciating it can be to find yourself stuck in this place. Knowing that there is more out there for you, and feeling uncertain of how to get there, or if it's even possible.
I know because I have been there. I know because I work with clients every day who are moving through this same journey.
And I can tell you from experience that it is possible.
Supporting people just like you through this process of transformation and the realization of your fullest potential is my zone of genius. It is my greatest passion, my purpose and my ultimate joy.
Simply put, it’s the reason I am here.
The healing and the awakening and the expansion you are being called to is your birthright. It is waiting for you. All you have to do is say yes, and begin the journey. ⠀⠀
